Jared helped me get through an injury early in the year, allowing me to race in a half-marathon I had thought I would have to skip.

He was able to set up ongoing, progressive exercises that went                your typical PT and that I could integrate into my regular strength routine.

The sessions were long enough that I could receive treatment, review exercises and questions I had and go through a full new exercise routine, something I haven't had at other PT places.

I never felt rushed and I always left feeling prepared and confident that I would continue my progress. I would highly recommend Paramount!

"I can not say enough about Paramount Performance and their staff. I was feeling years older than I actually am due to back surgery at age 41. Not only did Sam and Bryan ease this pain, they made me feel so               every time I came in for a therapy session. I'm not kidding you. I would leave Paramount with this uplifted, strong, happy feeling that just changed my outlook on everything."

"I started at Paramount in August due to swelling in my right arm. I’ve had Brightyn as a PT, and her and Sam were an integral part of my diagnosis, discovering I had thoracic outlet syndrome when the orthopedic doctors passed it off as               .

Ever since, Brightyn has helped me gain strength and mobility in my arm, reducing swelling significantly. Without her, I would not be able to continue my sports of cross country and dance! I’m so happy with my experience and could not recommend Paramount more."
