Meet Dr. Bryan Schwebke, founder and owner of Paramount . With a doctorate in Physical Therapy from UW Madison and a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion, Bryan has worked with some of the world's top athletes and teams. However, he is especially passionate about helping adults, including former athletes, active parents, and newcomers to fitness. As a former college baseball player, business owner, and father of three, Bryan understands the challenges of prioritizing personal health amidst the demands of everyday life. He resides in Suamico, WI, with his wife Shannon, three children, and two Bernese Mountain Dogs, and enjoys skiing, biking, and staying active with friends.

Meet Dr. Jake Voss! Jake brings a strong sense of community, connection, and hard work to his patients. A former college basketball player, he earned his undergraduate degree from UW–Green Bay and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Bellin College. For Jake, physical therapy is more than a career—it’s a calling. He’s passionate about helping people move and feel better in ways that are sustainable and personal. His approach is rooted in education and connection, empowering patients to recover from injury, prevent the next one, and discover types of movement they genuinely enjoy. Outside the clinic, Jake spending time with family, exploring the outdoors, or training for new challenges, from half marathons to CrossFit competitions.

Meet Dr. Alex Shutter, he joins the Paramount team with a strong passion for helping others live active, pain-free lives. He became a physical therapist to empower people to take control of their health, find real solutions to pain, and return to the activities they love- without relying on unnecessary surgeries, injections, or medications.
Alex’s approach to care is simple: patient-centered and results-driven. He focuses on creating an energetic and supportive environment where patients feel educated, encouraged, and in control of their recovery. He enjoys golf and time outdoors, and brings these passions into the clinic by providing golf performance evaluations and TPI screens.

Meet Dr. Brightyn Handrich, a doctor of physical therapy graduate from Carroll University. Brightyn, a native of Suamico, WI, is dedicated to elevating individuals of all ages to unlock their full physical potential. With a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and an extensive background in gymnastics performance and coaching, Brightyn has a knack for developing unique, quality care and holding individuals accountable to their goals and desires to live a life without limits. Brightyn resides in Green Bay, WI with her husband and puppy. She spends her time outside of the clinic reading, performing home renovations, running, and staying active with family and friends.

Meet Dr. Sam Schwartz, an orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapist dedicated to improving the health and performance of people of all ages. With a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UW-La Crosse and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Nutrition, he brings a wealth of knowledge to his practice. Sam has a special interest in injury prevention and rehabilitation for CrossFit athletes, masters athletes, and runners. His passion for health and human performance extends beyond the clinic, as he enjoys skiing, hiking, running, training his own performance goals in the gym, and spending time with his wife, daughter, and two dogs.
Meet Olivia, our newest part-time addition to the Training team! Originally from Green Bay, Olivia graduated from UW–Whitewater with a degree in Human Performance and minors in Business and Health Promotion. A standout on the court, she helped lead her basketball team to a DIII National Runner-Up finish in the 2021–2022 season. Olivia brings that same energy, drive, and passion into her work at Paramount. She’s excited to grow with the team and help others reach their goals through movement, performance, and wellness. Outside the clinic, she enjoys exploring the outdoors- hiking, kayaking, and paddleboarding. She is also an avid reader and traveler and is checking National Parks off her list (5 and counting!)
Meet Nate, a performance coach at Paramount with a degree in kinesiology and emphasis in exercise and sports science from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Nate has extensive experience working in the health wellness and fitness industry, including over 3 years working with various forms of paralysis. He strongly believes that exercise is medicine and can transform anyone's life for the better. Nate's mission is to simplify training and help clients achieve their goals and feel their best. When not coaching, Nate enjoys hiking with his dog, camping, working on his own performance goals, and exploring local businesses.
Meet Joe, an experienced performance coach with over 7 years of experience working with both adults and athletes in various aspects of training. He holds a bachelor’s of science degree from Viterbo University and a master’s of science degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse in Exercise Science. Joe is certified by the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer. He has completed extensive practical application in rehabilitation, general training, and sports performance training. Joe is dedicated to providing the best environment for quality and progressive training. His core values of education, quality, and accountability align with Paramount's values.
Maddie likes to say she “gets to make friends and take pictures for a living.” Originally from Green Bay, she graduated from Carthage College with a double major in International Economics and Communications. At Paramount, Maddie combines her passion for connection and creativity in a dual role. On the partnership side, she works with local businesses and organizations to build strong relationships and remove barriers to care. On the marketing side, she brings an eye for storytelling to capture and share the people, purpose, and practices that make Paramount unique. What drives her most is creating meaningful connections and ensuring individuals and businesses alike feel supported, seen, and advocated for.
Meet Lexi, Paramount's Clinic Coordinator. She values education, inclusivity, and communication, and strives to make Paramount feel like a home away from home where clients can be greeted with a smile, have a laugh, get moving, and feel cared for. When not at the clinic, Lexi enjoys spending time up north with family and friends, adventuring, hiking, and spending time with her animals.
Meet Dr. Jared Hutterer, a sports medicine physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UW-Madison and a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology with an emphasis in Exercise Science from UW-Green Bay. He has special interests and in-depth training in injury prevention, return to play rehab, overhead athlete rehab, and vestibular and concussion management. Jared is also certified in Emergency Medical Response for all athletic events. When not in the clinic, Jared enjoys hunting, biking, playing softball and volleyball, and exploring new places for amazing hikes.

Meet Dr. Emily Kraft, a sports medicine physical therapist with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University and a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from UW-La Crosse. As a Physical Therapist and CrossFit Level 1 Trainer, she is deeply passionate about fitness and wellness, specializing in rehabbing fitness athletes and supporting new moms through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. Outside the clinic, Emily enjoys participating in and coaching CrossFit, baking, and spending time with her husband and their two children.
