Dr. Bryan Schwebke is the owner and founder of Paramount Performance. Bryan received his doctorate of Physical Therapy from UW Madison and has a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. Although Bryan’s background includes working with some of the world’s best athletes and teams, he is exceptionally passionate about helping adults including former athletes, active parents and those who are new to fitness. A former college baseball player, current father of three and business owner, Bryan knows the struggles of prioritizing your own health and finding personal purpose when life gets crazy. Bryan lives with his wife Shannon, three children and two Bernese Mountain Dogs in Suamico, WI. He loves skiing, biking and being active with friends.
Dr. Kyle Schwebke is an orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapist. Kyle utilizes his education and training in physical therapy as well as background in athletics, exercise science and performance enhancement to restore functional movement and elevate individuals to their desired level of performance. Kyle received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Minnesota. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science also at the University of Minnesota. He has since completed advanced educational training through an orthopedic physical therapy residency program with Specialized Physical Therapy Education (SPTE).
Dr. Sam Schwartz is an orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapist. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UW-La Crosse as well as a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science & Nutrition. Sam has a passion for health and human performance for people of all ages. Performance-based Physical Therapy allows him to explore this passion while helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Sam has special interests in injury prevention and rehabilitation for the CrossFit athlete, masters athlete, and runners. Outside of the clinic, Sam enjoys skiing, hiking, running, training his own performance goals in the gym, and spending time with his wife and two dogs.
Sawyer attended University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, earning his Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion and Wellness. Prior to finding his way to Paramount, Sawyer worked as a Strength & Conditioning professional coaching various teams at UWSP, as well as working with clients in private group and 1-on-1 settings. Sawyer’s coaching mentality is centered around connecting with his clients to bring out the best in them. He believes that the power of human connection, when paired with movement, creates a unique shared bond and experience of jubilation. Outside the clinic, you can find him out in the woods bow hunting or fishing, as well as at the baseball field watching all levels of athletes.
Mandy received her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning from University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. She is currently in her final semester of graduate school at Concordia University - Chicago, working toward a Master's degree in Applied Exercise Science with a focus on Human Movement & Corrective Exercise. Mandy’s passion to pursue a career in health and fitness stems from her desire to reduce the rate of injury in athletes of all ages, allowing them to reach their full potential! Outside the clinic, you can find Mandy coaching volleyball for the Heat Volleyball Club, kayaking, rollerblading, playing frisbee golf with her boys and trying to convince her family to move to Hawaii.
Joe has over 4 years of experience working with both adults and athletes in all facets of training. He holds two degrees in Exercise Science, a bachelor’s of science degree from Viterbo University and a master’s of science degree from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. Joe has completed many hours of practical application in rehabilitation, general training, and sports performance training. He holds certifications through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and a Certified Personal Trainer. Joe’s goal is to provide the best environment to ensure quality and progressive training. His values in education, quality, and accountability directly align with the values of Paramount.
Nathan Smeester, BS, ACSM - CPT is a Performance Coach at Paramount Performance. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh with a bachelors in kinesiology and emphasis in exercise and sports science. Nathan has a demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry along with 3+ years working directly with various forms of paralysis. Nate believes that movement is medicine. No matter which walk of life you are in, exercise has the ability to transform your life for the better. His goal is to take the stress and confusion out of training so you can crush your goals and feel your best. Outside the clinic, you can find him hiking with his dog, camping, working on his own performance goals and exploring local businesses.
Lexi is currently in the process of obtaining her Bachelors degree in Early to Middle Childhood Education with the hopes to teach at the elementary level. Lexi values education, inclusivity, and communication. Her goal is to continue to make Paramount feel like a home away from home where clients can come to be greeted with a smile, have a laugh, get moving, leave feeling accomplished and cared about. Outside of the clinic, you can find Lexi working at Riversbend, spending time up north, at the race track, playing with her kitties, and spending time with her loving family and friends.
Tara is the Clinic Coordinator at Paramount. She obtained her bachelor's degree from Northern Michigan University in Management of Health & Fitness and then earned her Associates Degree in Applied Science from NWTC's Physical Therapy Assistant program. She values education, quality and compassion, all values that align with Paramount's mission. Outside of the clinic, Tara enjoys running, swimming, mountain biking, camping and spending time with family and friends.
Dr. Jared Hutterer is a sports medicine physical therapist. He received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at UW-Madison and his bachelor’s degree from UW-Green Bay in Human Biology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. His areas of special interest and in-depth training include injury prevention, return to play rehab, overhead athlete rehab, and vestibular and concussion management. He is also certified in Emergency Medical Response for all athletic events. Outside of the clinic, Jared enjoys hunting, biking, playing softball and volleyball, and traveling to new places that allow for some amazing hikes.
